RENGAGE is a WhatsApp Business engagement platform. Businesses use it to manage customer conversations, campaigns, automations, and integrations such as Google Sheets — from a secure company dashboard.
What this app does
- Connect WhatsApp Business accounts and manage inbox conversations.
- Send campaigns, templates, and automated flows to customers.
- Optionally connect Google Sheets so approved users can sync or push selected conversation/lead data.
- Provide company admins and agents with tools to operate WhatsApp support and sales workflows.
Google access
When a company connects Google Sheets, RENGAGE requests limited Google account permission so the signed-in user can choose a spreadsheet and allow the platform to read/write sheet data they authorize. Access can be disconnected at any time from the Integrations settings.
