1. Service

RENGAGE provides software for WhatsApp Business messaging, automations, and optional integrations such as Google Sheets. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your company account. You must use the platform in compliance with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable laws.

3. Third-party services

Features that connect to Google or Meta are subject to those providers’ terms as well. Connecting Google Sheets authorizes RENGAGE to perform only the spreadsheet actions you configure.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful messaging.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted use.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to process.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features depending on Meta, Google, or other providers may change when those platforms change.
