1. Overview

RENGAGE (“we”, “our”) provides a WhatsApp Business engagement platform. This page explains how we handle information when you use our product and when you connect third-party services such as Google.

2. Information we process

• Account details such as name, email, and company information you provide.
• WhatsApp conversation and campaign data necessary to operate the service for your company.
• If you connect Google Sheets: OAuth tokens and spreadsheet identifiers needed to perform the actions you authorize.
• Technical logs used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

3. Google user data

When you connect Google Sheets, we access only the Google account data required for the Sheets features you enable. We use that access to create or update spreadsheet rows you configure, and we do not sell Google user data. You can revoke access from Google Account permissions or by disconnecting Google Sheets inside RENGAGE.

4. How we use information

• To provide and improve WhatsApp messaging, automation, and integration features.
• To authenticate users and protect accounts.
• To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors that help us run the platform (hosting, email, messaging infrastructure) under appropriate agreements, or when required by law.

6. Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
